My Mission

My Journey

I have practised yoga regularly & consistently since March 2006 and have visited 84 studios. I completed my Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in June 2012 and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through my role as a teacher since this time. 

To date, I have taught at 49 studios in 25 cities globally. I have been mentored by some of the most respected & highly experienced teachers in the Bikram Yoga community and I have remained committed to my continuing education. I am now considered to be one of the most highly accomplished, skilled and knowledgeable Bikram Yoga Teachers in Australia.

I teach from the heart, with energy and enthusiasm, aspiring to connect with my students and continually encourage and inspire them.  I pride myself on an extensive understanding of posture mechanics, technique and benefits, attention to detail and the ability to recognise my students' physical capabilities and mental strengths. Assisting others to embrace yoga and its countless benefits brings me joy.

Yoga will improve & maintain the efficiency of the internal organs, regulate the function of all the systems of the body and increase the range of movement of the joints.

Yoga is a therapeutic practice to reduce inflammation, relieve & prevent pain, assist in the healing of injuries and greatly reduce the occurrence & severity of illness.

It can establish breath control and improved breathing. And in turn, also better quality of sleep and the ability to relax more readily.

Yoga promotes healthy and positive habits & routines. And, establishes connection with a wonderful worldwide community.

Yoga can be practised anywhere and doesn’t require any special equipment.
